CARRIERS BEWARE OF PAPER ROLLS PICKUPS HERE They might load you with damaged/with wet spot paper rolls and receiver is same company in Pontiac IL will mark wet/damaged and you will get a claim . Not worth running already a cheap load for free and even pay out of packet for damaged product or deductible with your insurance . Take photo proof of dry trailer before loading and after unloading , take photos of paper rolls if you see any damages , make sure you request to stay on the dock and isnpect every piece carefully .
I delivered on the paper roll receiving side. Sounds like they’re much friendlier on the other side by the reviews I read. Anderson was mad because I got here right after he finished up with another driver. And he had no issue expressing his anger. Then I can hear him throwing a tantrum in my trailer. But I did get unloaded quickly. When I walked back in my paperwork was sitting there assigned. Doesn’t get much easier than that. I hope his day gets better.
