Its been a long time since I was treated so rudely by business operators. I had a simple job that required an operator that was awake to run the waterjet cutter. The guy at Hess was totally unable to comprehend the project, even after I left it for a week and suggested a practice cut. His arrogance was unbelievable. I do not recommend Hess Precision Laser Cutting. Although the waterjet cutter was my interest.
Need something laser cut, this is the place to go. Staff was helpful and friendly.
