If I could, I would give the medical care 5 stars and the scheduling 0 stars. Every time I have an appointment, I drive an hour there, wait 30-60 mins (or more) PAST my appointment time, and then drive an hour back. I shouldn't need to take a half day of PTO and worry about getting home for a 12:30pm meeting because of a 9:30am appointment! In the corporate world, we do something called CAPACITY PLANNING. In 1978, after running into a cactus bush, Dr. Hess saved my eye. I don't remember a lot because I was 10 or so but I'll never forget what he did. I never got a chance to Thank him! I hope he knows how special he really is. Thank You
My childhood eye dr. Many years ago I was losing vision in one eye. Dr. Hess was ahead of his time, saved my vision. It was only a few years ago in my late 30s that I started needing to wear glasses for driving.
