Im sure this guy does good work, but we got an estimate from him and it was 3 times the amount of our other 3 bids. Im not sure who he thinks hes fooling but for the same repair and labor to be done his was 3xs the other 3 professional estimates.Just make sure you take bids from other masonry companys because Hess is high balling in hopes the customer wont compare.
