Torn my meniscus and was in lots of pain, Dr Hess and his team is top notch. He did a orthoscopy and fixed my tear. It was my first surgery of any kind and It was smooth procedure. Dr. Hess has a great bedside manner and calm professional I had been seeing another Orthopedic specialist for non work injury not I'm switching to Dr Hess for my other orthopedic treatment. Highly recommend Dr. Hess.

Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt!

Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of

There are worse places to stay My boyfriend and I moved here after our house caught fire a few months ago. So until it's fixed we are staying here. (state farm is paying the bill) Which is a good thing because I wouldn't pay the rent that they are asking for a 2 bedroom 2 bath. We've had a few things go wrong since we moved in like the dish washer not working, (took 3 weeks to fix) the water heater leaking, and the problems with the shower. I had a hard time bearing the cologne they were wearing, it didn't smell very good at all. It wasn't the worst I've ever smelled, but it definitely wasn't the best. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified.

Please reconsider living here Luxury?????????????????? Where??? Certainly not at Rio Santa Fe, that place is barely one step above ghetto, high crime rate there, do not believe management and sales staff try to speak with the residents, they will tell you the truth. I paid to get out of the 6 month lease 3 weeks after moving in, not a good place to live!! Managements answer for everything is " oh we are working on it" yeah and the diplomats are working on peace in the middle east too.
