RecommendedAfter being diagnosed with COPD in 2006, it was very difficult for me to give up smoking since I have smoked for 46 years. But finding Mr. Hess and the wonderful help he supported me in the Hypnotherapy sessions to finally give up this nasty addiction has freed me of the habit as well as the expense.
Mr Hess really digs deep and gets to the root cause! He is really friendly and you can tell that he really cares! Each session you get a recording so you can take his helpful sessions outside of his office! I really would recommend Jay. Friendly, outgoing and knowledgeable! You really leave his sessions with hope and a very deep sense of calm!
Met with Jay and what a hilarious guy, laughed the whole time. It it was fascinating to learn all the different ways hypnotherapy can enhance people's lives. From serious issues of overcoming addictions and fears to just pure fun entertainment. Thank you Jay for all you do!
My first ever adventure with hypnosis was through Jay Hess. I really enjoyed how informative and practical he was about the whole experience and never felt pressured to feel or believe anything.
