For the money you pay, not worth the service. Gary has made multiple mistakes on our returns, including ones this past season totalling over $1,000 in additional taxes owed to the IRS. When I brought this to his attention, his only suggestion to remedy the problem were "mistakes do happen" and to offer a rebate for next year's preparation. Would highly recommend spending the money this office charges on TurboTax or some other do-it-yourself software and avoid the hassle.
Very professional. Gary has been doing my taxes for years and I highly recommend him.
