This doesn't deserve one star. Made an appointment, had to wait two weeks. Drop the car off, no word, call the next week. "Well get it in today" then "tomorrow". Then a week goes by. Then another. "Well get in tomorrow". Several times I've spoke directly with the manager, he's been the man lying on the phone, he admitted he's taking advantage of his 80 year old mother in law who's name is on the business, likely so she ends up with the lawsuits.
