I like doing business with the smaller town merchants. Hess Furniture is one of these. Good people, quality products and competitive prices.
Horrible experience. EMILY is a tragic part of the sales team. God bless her soul. If you dont agree with her she has a problem with that and doesn't want you to go against what she has decided for you. I got a fridge and financed 3rd party. The fridge wouldnt freeze properly took them over two weeks to bring out tech. Tech said the fridge couldn't be fixed, thats after waiting for him to bring another tool he didnt have a week later.
