Nice staff
Great staff and very friendly patrons. The facility is very clean and well maintained. Also the coaching is very very good.
Great equipment for all lifters, exceptionally clean, air conditioned, and friendly staff.
Hess fitness has been instrumental in helping my daughter return to play after 2 surgeries for a complete ACL tear and cyclops lesion. Anyone who has had ACL surgery knows how hard it is to get back muscle and strength in the injured leg.PT alone was not enough . Our orthopedic surgeon recommended Hess and we are grateful definitely 100% recommend
Ii you want to have access to top notch strength training equipment and knowledgeable coaches, this is the place to be. Jere and his coaching staff have a great mix of knowledge. Everyone makes it a point to learn your name and treat you like family. Highly recommend this facility.
