Came in for a drop in utilizing their day passes. Great place, clean, and they have something for everyone. Calibrated plates and platforms for powerlifting. A platform and bumper plates for weightlifting. Dumbbells, kettlebells, and top of the line cardio equipment for your needs. Several squat racks as well as a turf layout. You can even do athletic testing here as they have the equipment.
The team was great and got me back on my feet and in good shape!
