I've used The Hess Company multiple times moving in and out over the past 5 years and have always had positive experiences. They're always on time, prompt, careful in handling your items, willing to work with unique and difficult situations skillfully such as moving my 12'x6' projector screen over the stairwell from the 3rd floor down to the first without damage or complications. Can’t begin to even praise this company enough!! They went above & beyond to accommodate with me having to reschedule the day due to my health problems, but was also extremely understanding with my extensive back problems & did a better job than I could ever imagine! Morning of the move, I felt so lost & confused, then once Jeff & his crew showed up taking my hectic, chaotic move turning it into smooth & easy..
