During my entire conversation, he accosted me, saying "I'm upset with you. You don't understand the process," cutting me off and yelling off the tops of his lungs. I kept apologizing for asking uninformed questions and making him upset. In hindsight, isn't that why I hired him? To get help? I'm more hurt by Charley than my legal dispute. He's very unprofessional and shouldn't do client-facing work, as he seems to have an anger management issue.
Very unprofessional, calls women out of their name and becomes very hostile and irate when he does not get his way. Do not recommend especially if you’re a female, and/or any other race than white. Disgusting.
