My name is Norma I just moved into Hesperia Gardens Senior Apartments. 3 months ago I just want to say I’m so blessed to live here. The inviorment here is so peaceful. I feel so comfortable and the people here are so friendly. And the property manager Maxine is a sweetheart she makes you feel right at home. I recommend this place to all seniors.
SINCE M- BECAME MANAGER THE APARTMENT COMPLEX HAS BECOME A HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE WITH THE MANAGER MAKING HER OWN HOURS INDIFFERENT TO THE NEEDS OF THE TENANTS. SHE OFTEN LEAVES THE LAUNDRY ROOM CLOSED AND LOCKED WITHOUT ANY PREVIOUS NOTICE TO THE TENANTS WHO MUST SUFFER BECAUSE OF HER. PETITIONS HAVE BEEN SIGNED TO REMOVE HER BUT THEY ARE IGNORED. I CONSTANTLY PRAY AND HOPE BUCKINGHAM MANAGEMENT WHICH RUNS HESPERIA GARDEN APARTMENTS TRANSFERS HER TO SOME OTHER FACILITY; SOMEPLACE OUT OF CALIFORNIA!

I moved in here a year and a 1/2 ago.My apartment number is 112. So I wanted to wait before I wrote a review when I moved in. I got new carpeting new flooring. Freshly painted bathtub redone. Everything's beautiful. The grass is always green here. The people are all nice here and the manager. Maxine is very, very helpful as a matter of fact. So happy my new apartment gardeners keep it looking good and there painting so it stays looking nice my neighbors are nice maintenance guys fix stuff right away I'm truly Blessed to live here definitely worth the wait to get in I cried happy tears the first week Manager Maxine very nice to me I highly recommend these little homes.
