I never liked to work out until I started at this gym. The trainers, community, and atmosphere is so inviting and up lifting. Seriously can’t imagine going back to any other gym.
Overall enjoyed the entire experience! Was disappointed that I had a recent injury that prevented me from running. However, the event had a biking option on an assault bike so that I could still participate! They were supportive and checked in during the event to see how the biking was going! 40 cals was a great number, and in line with running times. I competing in HYROX in 2024 so this was a great way to fully practice all stations. Great energy at this event, and the Lancer stadium was perfect.

Hyrox simulation was a fantastic event to participate in. I loved the whole experience with great support from the volunteers!
