I was thoroughly impressed with the atmosphere at the clinic. They were professional, friendly, respectful and VERY helpful. The office/rooms were clean and well maintained. Melanie (front desk) was upbeat and welcoming. Dr. Laura Heslip was incredible!! She was present, attentive, clear and thorough in communication, listened to my thoughts/feelings/questions and helped me decide whether or not to use HRT. I cannot understand all of these negative reviews! This saddens me because Dr. Heslip and her staff are AMAZING! Dr. Heslip is one of my favourite doctors of all time. I was pregnant two years ago and had lost my mother unexpectedly when 6.5 months pregnant. I was having panick attacks and didn't think I could get through the rest of the pregnancy. If i could give this clinic a zero star review I would. The receptionist lady was beyond rude and unreasonable. I have been waiting for my referral for over a year and there was no communication from them. I reach out multiple times to be proactive and on top of things on my end. I gave them a call in June and they told me that I have a TENTATIVE Appointment on July 31st ( did not confirm the time or if it is in person or over phone).
