The food is as good as the picture looks 10/10
Best BBQ around! We stop in regularly for our fix of brisket, ribs and the green chili fries. We usually get it to go and they pack it so the chili is separate and the fries stay nice and crispy- so smart and thoughtful! I love their Dr Pepper bbq sauce, it’s got a nice kick to it that goes great with the deliciously bbq’d meats- and your really lucky if you catch their burnt ends on Saturday, those are melt in your mouth nuggets of goodness! Chef Jeff is not only hospitable but this is by far the best BBQ your gonna taste here in CO. Top Notch.
Oh yea! I am a fan. This jumps up in line with Georgia boys and smokin Dave’s - currently might be surpassing them but will have to do some more visits to decide. The deviled egg macaroni salad was a cool and unique spin and all the meats were excellent. High flavor profiles which in Colorado is always a win. Ribs were fantastic and the burnt ends were very moist and juicy.
First and foremost, Jeff, the owner I presume, is frickin’ awesome! He couldn’t be friendlier and more appreciative that you’re eating his food. Speaking of his food…it’s unbelievable! I had the ribs, brisket and pulled pork along with the green chili Mac & cheese. I’ve had a lot of BBQ in my life and I don’t recall any better than this place! This is not your normal food court. Parkway Food Hall is a must visit. Do yourself a flavor and stop by to meet Jeff and enjoy his amazing work!
