Worst customer service. They have a lot of time to post more than 10 story or post on the social media and create a content but no time for reply. Been trying to make some jewellery from their place. But need to wait more than 2 days to get just one reply thats all and then another 1-2 days for other replys. I don’t know the inperson service but the online service is worst that i can say. Thank you for being so patient and so understanding. I had a little to no idea about gold buying and the staff were very helpful. They were very patient with me and explained to me the gold prices and the charges in details so that I could make my perfect decision to buy gold.
