Probably the most unethical and dishonest people I have ever come across. When I filed a written complaint with Escambia County Contractor Competency Board they were already well known with the building services investigators having had two previous written complaints on file despite only having their residential contractor license for two years. Heseman Builders Group was paid $24,000 to complete engineered floor plans for a new home design. The builder was unable to complete the work as contracted due to lack of knowledge, inexperience and incompetence. The completed work to date has been valued at approximately $3,000 by multiple sources within the construction/design industry.
