My first time at this practice, the nurse was very thorough and lovely and the receptionists very helpful nothing is too much for them, and the surgery was very clean yesterday 7/08/25 a Doctor called me at home because my pharmacy made a mistake. The Doctor I spoke to was a lovely young man and was more than helpful I didn’t catch his name I’ve never had such a wonderful surgery like this before and the receptionist are still brilliant (I’ve been with them over a year now) thanks for what you do.

Thank you so much to Dr Sarah Akram for your attentive, kind and compassionate care. She has always gone above and beyond for my family and I. Her professionalism, knowledge and genuine care truly set her apart. I would highly recommend.

Not even worth a rating. Please avoid this place. Staff is incredibly rude and dismissive, and it’s easier to get an appointment with a dead Michael Jackson than it is to get an appointment here. Place should be shut down for how immoral and inhumane they are. They are dealing with vulnerable people and don’t have an ounce of empathy or humanity. Clearly all in the wrong profession.

I had a wonderful experience with Gita Mehta, one of the kindest and most professional healthcare assistants I’ve ever met. They were incredibly caring, patient, and attentive throughout my visit. Their warm attitude and genuine compassion made a huge difference, and I felt truly cared for. Thank you for going above and beyond — you are a credit to your team!
