Ryan and Austin get 2 thumbs waaaaay up and 5 stars for service work on our equipment. They were quick to quote what the backhoe needed, demonstrated very high technical knowledge without any baloney, and had a sense of urgency/follow through/and regular guy attitude toooottaaally missing in many service depts. While I hope my backhoe has the decency to stay away, if I need service, it will be at HES.
Phenomenal service from Phenomenal people! They definitely go the extra mile to make sure their customers are happy.
