Appreciate how Amy gets repairs scheduled every time we have a need. Collin did a wonderful job fixing our chair and fixing our remote. He is professional, cheerful, and efficient. Very grateful.
I can’t recommend H.E.S. highly enough. From the office manager to the service technician, everyone was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Their technician serviced our elevator five months after MorningStar had serviced the same elevator. Not only did he diagnose an issue that MorningStar had missed, but he also properly serviced the elevator and took the time to address things that had clearly been overlooked.
