Great team ! They gave us an arrival range and were spot on. We are new owners and did not have elevator maintenance records. HES inspected and provided understandable recommendations . Happy we found them !
H.E.S. technician and service scheduler are outstanding and together resolved Karen's stairlift failure to operate malfunction quickly and with great efficiency! She is quite dependent on safe and reliable functionality of the home stairlift. Thank you, much appreciation!
