You have one of the rudest employees I have ever come in contact with. I was waiting outside of Horizon House to pick up a family member with memory issues and had accidentally pulled into the “commerical loading zone” and your employee pulled up behind and honked and then got out of his car and used his fingers in a “roll down your window” motion. I did and asked the person I was on the phone with to hold on. He proceeded to condescending speak to me about how this was a commercial zone and I asked if he was allowed to park... read more

I needed 5 custom windows. I called a few glass/window companies, and Herzog Glass came through! The price, turn around time (about 5 days from ordering) and quality of the glass have all been great. Bryana, the rep I worked with was nice and knows her stuff. For any future window needs, I'll reach out to Herzog.
