Got 2 tyres replaced, the 2 tyres and rims were filthy and covered with some kind of paste that they have used to put the tyres on. Spent over $300 to get filthy dirty tyres and trims.
There's something about the auto trade in Hervey Bay, like Alex they're either "special special " or absolutely incompetent.. Alex likes wasting the customer's time then playing dumb, it seems to come naturally for "little Alex".. Alex, YOU just cost your employer a $500 sale.. well done!..
My wife was visiting her Mum and planned to travel back to Gladstone the next day. It was noticed that she had a flat tyre and rang Tyrepower. They willingly made a time for her to drop the car in and repaired the tyre quickly. She was so appreciative of their care and friendliness. I would recommend them.
Great service and lovely people to deal with! Price was awesome much appreciated.
Waiting in reception to put car in for tyres while 2 workers were chatting in workshop. After some time I walked around into the workshop where I was ignored by the 2 having a chat (not about work). I left and went to another tyre shop and spent 1400 dollars there. Crap service. No excuse
