If there was a way to mark 0 stars I would have. Absolutely awful customer service. Bought a car from these guys last year and have had to tka eit back multiple times over the last year for the same ongoing issue. Car quite unreliable really having to go back for repairs every 3 months. Had O2 sensor issues, DPF issues, leaking fuel issues etc. Then last week, engine light on again, call up for help and get told to wait until the end of the month. I recently attempted to sell my car through your business. After the initial inspection, I was advised I would receive a call within 1–2 days, however I did not hear back for over a week. Over the following four weeks, I sent multiple follow-up messages and was repeatedly told someone would contact me “ASAP,” but no meaningful communication occurred. Just like to say we found this place great. Service was friendly and helpful. Both Con and Damon were excellent to deal with. Arranged everything we needed. We almost didn't stay to look what they had available, but we are pleased that we did. Very happy with the car we traded. Would recommend this place for your next deal on a new car or trading.
