I have been going to Hervey Bay Mechanical since Sam and the crew took over from previous owners. They are down to earth honest with reasonable prices for their thorough work. I picked my car up yesterday and could feel the job had been done well. They are always considerate to my needs ie needing the curtesy car, needing my car back at certain times etc. Oh and the free pens are fabulous !! Hervey Bay service centre are by far my favourite mechanics. I drive from Sunshine Coast to Hervey Bay just so they are the one servicing my vehicle. They’re super polite, easy going and transparent. I found the video reviews are top notch and make it really easy to understand what’s happening to your vehicle during your service. You’d be so silly not to take your vehicle to them!

Hi, I just wanted to say that I'm on a very limited income and I was out of options to get my car serviced and new tyres, it was either pay my rent or look after my car, I chose rent. At the Coal Fest in Howard, I spoke to a rep from Hervey Bay Mechanical and she told me to give them a call and see what they could do which I did from there it was all easyl, I spoke to Max who told me they could pick my car up and deliver it back when it was finished and the quote was the best I have ever been given.
