Such a fantastic experience! I got both vehicles serviced by the team. They explained everything to me, didn’t make me feel stupid for asking questions or not knowing something. Honesty and reliability fell short for us, they had been our mechanics since moving to the area, but when they replaced the clutch in our Ute and failed to replace the oil seal nearby (as is generally recommended), making it necessary to pull all apart again as the oil seal began to leak after the job, setting us back the best part of $3,000. Booked in for a service, and requested they also inspect a front end issue with steering wobble at 100kph, and a squeek at low speeds. Incorrectly diagnosed front strut tops, and upper balls joints (both less tha 1000kms old!). Told me it needed steering and suspension replacing before they could do a wheel alignment! Took to Pedders who checked (and also took me into workshop to show it directly, and feel for movement etc whilst testing)..absolutely nothing wrong with steering or suspension..all literally as new.
