Since Brendan and Zac left this place has gone downhill fast. Been waiting since June to have a simple warranty job done. Replace a broken sun-visor mirror and light. The latest iteration of incompetence. They ordered a Musso sun visor for our Korando. You had the Korando details in your system. I don't care who originally ordered it or how many staff changes you've had since June, that's your problem, not mine. I will now be waiting till next year, for a replacement sun visor. Would not go there again. They put my ute up on the hoist and diagnosed the problem and said no problem to fix and understood I had time constraints, again no problem and would call with a quote and time. No phone calls, I followed up three times and was told they'd get back to me and still nothing. I went back into the shop and they shifted the blame to other staff members and still couldn't produce a quote. Poor customer service.

Beware new manager, had an Alu cab kitchenette installed. Kit came incomplete, accessories in kit appear cheaper than a $2.00 shop items, knives unable to be removed from holder due to no head space and bungee cord finished off with yellow electrical terminals as in pics. Manager found this to be acceptable and refused a return option but finally offered to fix issues. I opted he not go near it again fearing more damage .
