Extremely unreliable. Seth came to look at our yard to provide an estimate and said he would bring his supervisor back the following week as he wanted his input. They never showed. I called the office to follow up. They told me they’d have Seth get back to me. Seth never reached out. I called the office back again to follow up. I reached out for help after two landscapers fell through d/t unfortunate circumstances on their ends. Caroline from H&G told me that their company doesn’t do grading. I found that odd and untrue. Then she proceeded to tell me that they won’t have time for me. I asked for landscape design assistance and she said she would have ask. Haven’t heard back. Hoity-toity Caroline. I guess my money isn’t good enough for your company. F/u: Uhhh what? She was demeaning towards me! She had to ask if your company could even do a design. ... read more
