Worst experience ever, they double charged me then when I brought it up tried to charge me 400 for damage to car but it was only mud splatter. It was raining and it came off and dude got mad said he was charging me anyway. Signed me up for plate pass and they charged 30 a week even though I paid my own tolls. Worst company of all time
Checked in and waited for my name to be called. Michael H was great at helping me get set up and answering any questions I had. I also received a call from the manger the day of my reservation. The whole process was smooth and efficient.
If you know anything about uber then i would not go renting a car here. It is about much more than the price and the car. It really comes down to on going service because cars break down and things happen and you need support when those things happen. I would highly recommend searching for "rent a car for uber chula vista" and going there. Night and day of a difference. Hertz uber is awful
