If you know anything about uber then i would not go renting a car here. It is about much more than the price and the car. It really comes down to on going service because cars break down and things happen and you need support when those things happen. I would highly recommend searching for "rent a car for uber chula vista" and going there. Night and day of a difference. Hertz uber is awful

Not gonna name names but Hertz was a breath of fresh air after trying and failing multiple times with alt option.
