I would give ZERO stars if I could. This location is a total piece of crap, The staff is extremely lazy and rude. They will talk in front of customers and pretend they don’t see you standing there, they NEVER answer the phone. And have horrible attitudes. Hertz Should definitely consider getting all new staff.
Un pésimo servicio en la atención al cliente y no son transparentes en el proceso. Supuestamente a la hora de reservar te dan todos los detalles de los pagos y cuando llegas al lugar te suman cargos que ya debían estar incluidos con anterioridad. No los recomiendo para nada
From personal experience they will do what they can to charge your card and get into one of their rentals and move on. If you have a breakdown issue then you're totally screwed. I believe Hertz roadside assistance is a 3rd party working with them because they are great. Dealing with the people in the stores is a whole other story. I was put in an EV and made the tragic mistake of letting its miles get low and did not have the knowledge that if the battery is too low a fast charging station will not work. It takes a while to get serviced. But once they get to you it goes well. Try also continued to charge my cars after it was returned .
Rude customer service rep when I called, hung up on me because I didn't have a rental number so instead of looking up by alternative she hung up in my face. Don't waste your time here with rude and careless people
