Don’t even waste your time trying to deal with this company. I had made a reservation 2 weeks ago and less than 24 hours before pickup I’m told they don’t have any cars in stock. What’s the point of even making a reservation? It’s nice to know that Hertz truly cares about nothing besides its corporate profits. Who cares about anyone else
Customer Service here is ATROCIOUS. Expect to wait 2 hours past your appointment time to speak with anyone. There is one person on the floor at any given time to handle customers while the rest of the employees chill in the back. I've had an issue with billing for the last 3 weeks that Hertz corporate cannot resolve. I expect that my issue could be easily resolved over the phone, but I tried calling this branch to get some clarification and their phone is either disconnected or they just don't answer it. They are always so kind and helpful with all the people they deal with who are upset that they have to rent but honestly its half the price to rent a car from the airport and if you work full time uber then it pays off. The staff does such a good job being present and helping take the time to explain everything in detail so the customers dont feel left out. They email back questions very fast too. Thank you guys for helping all of us get on the road safely and have jobs to continue to make our money.
Always under staffed, always running out of car's. Always a hassle. Nothing gets done on time even if you reserved your car a week before. So now you have to take an uber back to your home from your own expense. Just to let you all know it’s going to be a bad and long experience.
Avoid this place, if possible. They just deleted my accurate and real review. I have had the worst experience with this office. They make you wait for hours and you might not even get a car with a reservation that you made weeks ago and they’ll tell you to come back. They do not make it clear before arrival that you cannot use tap to pay (ok. I expected that) OR even a physical card attached to any online bank. The agents are patronizing.
