I have never had such an unpleasant, unhelpful experience. Uber put in the wrong address for my account and I was advised by 2 Help folks I would have to pay a refundable cc amount to fix the problem and each said I would be contacted by an Expert to correct my situation. No one ever called and Uber rejected my cc payment twice. Although I was told the charge would be a dollar, the fraud section of my cc company texted me asking if I had approved a $55 charge. I had a fantastic experience renting from Hertz! Monica was extremely professional, took the time to explain everything clearly, and answered all my questions about the rental process and coverage options. Her customer service was truly top-notch. The car was spotless and had a full battery charge, making for a smooth and hassle-free rental. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience renting a car for the week. Highly recommend!
