Rideshare is my full time income again. I was renting with Lyft and returned it to come to Uber/Hertz. I had a reservation with Hertz but they didn’t have any cars. They had a Tesla coming in in a few hours but my reservation didn’t mention Tesla as one of the options and I don’t want that car. I’m going back to Lyft and will not rent here ever.

The worst customer service my appointment 11 am I wait 3 hour after I came back he did something even worse I didn’t get my rental
Don’t even waste your time trying to deal with this company. I had made a reservation 2 weeks ago and less than 24 hours before pickup I’m told they don’t have any cars in stock. What’s the point of even making a reservation? It’s nice to know that Hertz truly cares about nothing besides its corporate profits. Who cares about anyone else
