Staff very helpful, answered all questions I had plus any issues and concerns.
Renting with them through Uber- they fail to properly maintain vehicles and pass these issues on to drivers. I received a vehicle that was filthy ( used tissues in random compartments, some sunglasses, smear marks on various surfaces) and with significant body damage. Wipers were thin when I received the vehicle. Called them to get a voucher to address an issue with the vehicle and when I asked about additional support in case the car dies I was told I’m out of luck because I didn’t purchase premium roadside service.
