Long wait bad cars ride staff
Came to drop off my uber rental, walked in wasn't greeted, treated me like I was a criminal and all my fault. Very unprofessional Patty. Dont give you directions as what they are doing with you. Rear view mirror fell off while driving om job and I told her but Patty said it will be charged to your insurance since I didn't call immediately. She was fast to accuse and blame without asking what happened. Not happy the way I was treated. I told her the truth and its sad that they dont want to accept truth. The first experience that I had at this location by beginning of 2025 was great, being able to ramp in a full electric clean vehicle. Now is the third or fourth one which keeps on going in a good way. Thank you all!
Bad cars that keep breaking. Only one person works here and she takes care of the whole population so expect an hour or two hours just for a pickup. And an hour for drop off.
