The ladies at hertz know how to save the day when you are in crisis. I had previously scheduled with another car company, and I needed help getting into a car after a car accident that would fit my family. These ladies made me a priority, and didn't forget about me after our phone call. They made sure I would be taken care of as fast as possible. The care and customer service towards my situation was night and day difference. I'll always be back here for my rental needs!
The car we rented had some issues that weren't apparent when we picked it up. Tire inflation was way off. The two passenger side tires were almost at 50 psi (inside car door said they should be 35 psi cold). The driver side front was at 25 psi and back was at 35 psi). Once we figured this out we just stopped at a gas station to equalize but I did have to buy a tire gauge (not the end of the world).
