My friend and I were traveling to Virginia Beach and rented a car at the Norfolk airport. She rented through AAA. When our flight flight arrived and we went to pick up the car car we were told there was at least an hour wait as they had to clean the car. Others waited over an hour for their car. I explained we had to be somewhere at a certain time and we would take the car dirty. This was not allowed. After we got into the car, we could barely see out the windshield because it was so dirty. Yesterday i called to confirm there were cars for my reservation for today. After 5 calls someone finally answered and told me they couldn’t tell me about it try again tomorrow. it’s now tomorrow and i had to call 17 TIMES! just for them to tell me they don’t have any cars. mind you ive had this reservation for weeks so if you didn’t have a car it should’ve been said atleast two days prior to my reservation. i understand you two hate your job but stop playing with people’s livelihood just because you don’t get paid enough fo... read more

You have to call them ten or more times for them to answer. And if they answer, expect to be on hold forever. I actually drove to the parking lot and there were no customers. Just the workers outside. I'm actually calling them right now for the fifth time today and no answer. I'd share my call log for you guys if I knew how.
