What a joke! No ever answers the phone!Arrive on Monday and the place was closed with a note on the door about being short staffed! No number to call...NOTHING!
The associate at the counter told me to come out of my own pocket to pay for flat tire and that Hertz would reimburse me but now they are saying the only way to get reimbursed is to cancel my current contract and sign up for a more expensive one and they will deduct what is owed to me from that total. Do not trust these people. They send you off to a customer service email that does not respond or come up with a solution. Proceed with caution.
