5/5 for the Markham branch (but NOT for the head office) I had a great experience with the team at Hertz Markham. The staff here were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional — they truly did everything they could to assist me. However, the head office caused issues by charging me extra unexpectedly, which was disappointing and completely opposite of the service I received at this branch.
