Be prepared for charges months after you return the vehicle despite being paid in full and your contacts closed. I concluded business with Hertz Uber in the summer of 2023 and I’m still disputing charges in 2024. I can’t believe my bank allowed the charges on the assumption that since I had dealings with them in the past all charges from Hertz must be valid. If less than 1 star was possible, I'd give 0. This location is confused about what it is and who it serves. In 2023 it was aka Lyft, then it became Hertz, now in early 2024, it's Hertz Rideshare - Uber. I rented from this Hertz location as an Uber driver. I made a reservation for pickup through the Uber app, and still had to wait about 45 minutes to be served, then another hour to get out of there. Their system seems overly cumbersome and complicated...and yet, I was still not notified of some important info re: EV rentals. ... read more

Rented a car for Uber from this location and I went up there because I had a few questions and couldn’t get through to anyone in the phone. Just to find out the location is now vacant and no way to reach anyone.
