First of all…….. 1. They answer your phone call only if you don’t have an account with them. Once you have an account with them, it’s like they disconnect or reroute your calls to the black hole. Never to be heard from again. 2. For those Uber drivers out there, you don’t need to call them for everything. Much faster if you just call hertz. They answer and you can get your vouchers there. Annnnnd they can ok the work in less than 10 minutes as long as you have the repair person have a work order already.. hope that helped ou... read more

Rented tesla through uber $299.99 A week plus gas/charge bill. I had for 5 weeks and Paid roughly 500 every week and deposit at the start. I returned the car and had paid them $2,750. Done. Then over the next three months, they charged an additional $5,000 dollars in random middle of the night charges. I reported to my bank which is with uber. They will not stop hertz from charging. No receipts no one can explain. Bringing total for 5 week rental to about $8,000 dollars. Uber will then work with hertz to withhold your wages ... read more
