Would have given zero stars if I could. And don't get me started on the fact that they are horribly short of staff and the wait was several hours to get the car. The Car (Tesla) was dirty inside and out not to mention raggedy. It was given to me only 40% charged. During the first day of rental the car malfunctioned and would not charge. It had to be towed which left me stranded at the charging station. And they had the nerve to still charge me for one day of rental. Worst rental experience ever. I had an issue where vehicle became disabled out of nowhere (vehicle not recognizing key). Z took great care of me and helped me get into another vehicle as soon as they could after the higher ups had to do their process Im grateful for this young woman. Z was amazing helped get in and out under half an hour while keeping the jokes flowing and maintaining a high level of professionalism.

In my time of need and distress. The team Cheryl and Roe was very sincere and compassionate. They helped me get into another car they need a raise and more workers to answer the phones overall great experience

All the ladies are super nice and professional. I would Like to thank, Zaiya (Z) Especially for helping me out and getting me on the road. I was renting to use Uber and she made the process very simple and went out of her way to help me. Thanks again, ladies.
