Absolutely horrible location. The employees have no grasp of the concept of customer service or what a reservation is. Wasted two hours after my reservation time waiting to find out that they didn’t have the car that I reserved. I reserved a premium electric car and they decided, without asking, to put me in a gas SUV. I thought it was going to be better renting through Uber, so I switched over from Lyft. Turns out that that was a huge mistake. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME RENTING THROUGH UBER/HERTZ.
Perhaps I need to get a job here because they are able to take 2 to 3 hour lunches on the clock with no consequences. If I ran this place everyone would be fired because it’s obvious who they got can’t handle it
Hertz Charge my card over 1,000 dollars for 2 weeks!!!!! Even Charge me for the week we couldn't work becuz of the snow storm!!! The week which was the Monday after the storm i went to the location to pay, they couldn't accept the payment because the car is was renting was sold and they didn't have anymore cars to rent out! So they told me come back Tuesday which the car wouldn't start because they enable the ignition to have the car towed away!
