This place is worse,3 hrs within to rent a car,I never ve something like that,terrible srvice.
To the management: When you take the customers to your office room and start doing your business everyone can still hear you in lobby. Just FYI
Love Misty she always goes above and beyond to help. Always great no matter the situation, she always has a smile on her face. They could do better cleaning the cars and the wait times can be very long. Staff works as best they can to help everyone. Could use more help if I had one negative comment . I understand they get the car from the airport , so the cars dont be in the best condition. Maybe look into that.
The manager Rolinda have a side hussle with the Uber drivers. So she turn down real customers to save the cars for people who pay her on the side.
PREJUDICE STAFF! This place is straight-up a mess. Ain’t nobody got they stuff together in there. Everybody look confused, nobody knows what’s going on, and you just sitting there wasting your whole day while they keep telling you “just a few more minutes.” The whole process feels unorganized from start to finish. They make promises they don’t keep, the communication is trash, and they act like your time don’t matter. If you value your sanity, take your money somewhere else. Never again.
