Reserved the electric car through Uber for 10 am. I’ve attempted to call numerous times just for it to ring for over 3 & half minutes. I’m not sure if they’re open or if someone works there and that’s extremely frustrating because why would you allow me to reserve a vehicle if you don’t have said vehicle. Wasted 40+ dollars on ride back home. Waste of time and money
They never answer the phone and they had me wait over 3 hrs sitting there to say they have no vehicles available didn’t try to help me no kind of way horrible
Update as of August: They now close at 3pm! Ignore Google Maps time (if 4:30), AND ignore the fact that the system will let you reserve a car for AFTER closing time. Just saw a poor guy waste half his day dealing with these folks. When he explained he had a reservation, they responded like they could have cared less... smh. Definitely agree with Jazmin's review. Customer service is made for TV, Hertz could actually make side money there if they roll the cameras in.
Absolutely horrible location. The employees have no grasp of the concept of customer service or what a reservation is. Wasted two hours after my reservation time waiting to find out that they didn’t have the car that I reserved. I reserved a premium electric car and they decided, without asking, to put me in a gas SUV. I thought it was going to be better renting through Uber, so I switched over from Lyft. Turns out that that was a huge mistake. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME RENTING THROUGH UBER/HERTZ.
