It’s important to LISTEN TO REVIEWS! I rent with Hertz for uber, the rep CATO, presented to be helpful , which I later found he honestly is NOT one who knows how to give decent customer service. AT ALL. Every time I go in, there’s a customer arguing with him because he’s not helpful. Simply AWFUL. I've never been held at a place for a simple payment method change request, ALL day LONG, and had seen and experienced SOO many people having the same issues. They had NO IDEA what thay were doing. They double charged a LOT of drivers, no one there was happy, and a LOT of them, myself included, seemed to either have to spend hours upon hours on the phone with VARIOUS customer support departments, getting bounced around, OR they just outright were left stuck. Renting with uber through Hertz. Everyone at this location goes above and beyond. They do what they can to help you with what’s available up to uber standards. They actually answer the phone as well which is a huge plus considering are so busy but still manage to take the time also should get an award for dealing with annoying customers like myself... It seems they truly strive for everyone to have a good experience. I’m grateful and hope they know it!
*This is a Uber/Hertz review* I'll start with customer service, it's good they try their best with what they have as in the vehicles always dirty almost never have gas vehicles hertz is trying to make there money back on EV's that they keep pushing EV's down customers throat which makes the experience annoying.
