They were very unprofessional and unorganized. I rented a vehicle 5 days in advanced but an hour before my appointment they cancelled it. On top of that the customer service was terrible.i will never do business with them again.
Customer service skills are absolutely horrible at this location. Received my rental in bad condition; not cleaned interior nor exterior. Electric vehicle rental was only 23% charged when I picked it up on reservation day. Was not able to find a suitable charging station network that was compatible with make & model of vehicle I was given. Hertz refused to make this matter right. I switched rental companies via uber marketplace to get justice on my own behalf. Still awaiting answers on this matter from Hertz Corporate.
