Terrible cars; bad service terrible policies; if there vehicle malfunctions instead of just exchanging it you have to pay again for a whole new vehicle; this is sickening and tired of using them; just saving money to get my own vehicle
This place and HERTZ as a company are absolutely horrible. Possibly the worst experience I've ever had with a company. If you get an Uber car through them be ready to have double pre-authorizations on your account every week so if you don't have at least $800 in your account it's going to get overdrawn every single week. And after you turn the car in they're going to keep charging you for it like they did me just now and then when you call them they will admit to it and then tell you that they have to submit a request to the... read more
Everyone was very kind and helpful. Baljeet was my specialist and was very patient and helpful throughout the entire process. Marcell was also there to help and answer my questions about my vehicle. I highly recommend this place. Thank you to the team at Hertz!
