2 hours to pick up the car and another hour just to drop off. Every other car rental let's you put the keys in the drop box and leave. What a joke. Car was dirty when I got it, yet they expect you to return it clean. Management acts like they care, but there's tons of complaints about the same thing, so clearly they don't.
I drive for Uber. This location is 45 minutes from my house. I get there early and they say it's 30 minute wait. I sit down and 2 hours go by and I'm finally called just to be told they don't have the vehicle I booked a reservation for and tried putting me in a vehicle I didn't want. I left empty handed and will be trying a different location. The male at the front desk was very rude. There was no sense of urgency at all. Wish I Could Give Zero Stars Because They Dont Even Deserve 1. Absolutely Horrible Experience. Booked Reservation On Uber For 3o'clock Pickup, Didnt Get Seen Until 5:41 Just For The Staff To Tell Me My Bank Genoabank Isn't a Bank and That They Cannot Accommodate Me. Then I Asked If My Girlfriend Who Waited That Whole Time With Me With Our Daughter In The Car Can Get The Car Instead Because She Meets All Renting Requirements as Well. Just awful!! Prepare to sit and wait and make sure you have some snacks with you. You won’t be seen until 2-3 hours after your reservation time. When asking what the point of making a reservation was, they answer “there really is no point”. Misleading, pointless, and a huge waste of time. They fail to tell you that everything is first come first serve, and people can enter the queue without even being at the dealership!!! Words can’t express how much you need to steer clear.
This place is ridiculous. Hertz should be ashamed.
