They do the best they can. Corporate needs to hire more help. Morning 1-3 hour wait. Afternoon 3-5 hour wait. If enough people call Corporate, perhaps they will act!
I don't understand why this location has this many bad reviews every employee was professional and only doing there job. Now everyone comes in this location expecting to be served right away when. They clearly state scan the qr and check in. Indeed it's a first come first serve but that applies everywhere. I've been driving with Uber for 3 years, and I started in Houston. When I first got here there were lots of locations, everyone was cool answered the phones just like Houston. Good luck calling this place. I just wanted to rent the Tesla to make more money since I'm already diamond level and everything. One person says it's great because their car got upgraded but it's first come first serve so whoever did expect to get that car by reserving it lost it due to that person luckily getting theirs.
