I have reserved a vehicle online and paid for it. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle the two young attendant told me to wait until the time of the rental. Afterwards, they conceded the vehicle to other customer. They also tried to convince me to take other vehicle that did not fit the one I desired. They do not have any name tag. When I call the main line fir hertz they were not concerned about my plight. The just offer me refund. Please avoid this place I am under the impression the two kids there are running a scam.
