I had a really disappointing experience at this location and would strongly recommend going somewhere else, or choosing Avis instead. I decided to try the Uber rental program and rented a Tesla for over $300 per week. While I did not expect a brand new or perfect car, I absolutely expected something clean, safe, and properly maintained. Unfortunately, that was not the case at all. This place has the worst customer service ever at any place I have been to. I think its a requirement to treat people bad to be able to work here. They dont care and they work at their own slow pace. I only came here because it was the closest rental hertz for uber.
This is the worst place to rent a car from. Staff is unprofessional. They do not answer the phones. The car they gave me was non-operable and the manager didn’t want to help my situation. She chose to speak over me while I was trying to explain. I will not ever rent from this location ever. Stay away..
This place is a joke. The people who work here are terrible. I recommend you just go to Avis.
