I asked to be picked up April 27 at 8:00. I live in a condo complex and driver couldn't locate my address. Instead of calling me for directions as I requested, she cancelled my ride and now I'm being charged for it.
On- line I reserved a 10 am pick up for UBER rental vehicle. UBERed to the location, arrived 10 minutes before pick up time. Door was locked. Waited patiently for 10 am to roll around, still no one arrived at office. Called and texted the number listed on the door, no response. Called Hertz customer service and after being transferred and placed on hold for quite awhile, I was hung up on. Horrible !!!! There was no point of reservation then the day I was about to pick up my car they said they don’t have a car . I was gonna plan to drive for 6 days and when they texted me they have a car for me but it’s not charged all the way through so they want me to pick it up Monday. I won’t make enough money for 4 days I work on Friday ! Reservation sucks !!! No point of reservation they wont have a car for you that’s for damn sure
