Everyone should be fired from this office. I went in Monday to rent a car to Uber with. I wouldnt have gone there had I known they didnt have the vehicle I reserved which I verified they had by calling hertz directly before going. Got to the location and had to wait 15 minutes as the employee was on lunch. When he let me in he told me he didnt have the car I asked why not I was told you did. He said it's first come first serve. Like then what the hell is a reservation for.
Would not recommend doing business with this corporate entity horrible uber rental program
Crappy customer service Unhelpful, and rude employees that don't listen. I had to repeat myself multiple times. Then, when I inquired about information she just sat there for 5- 10 minutes and ignored me. When attempting to contact a manager they dodged the call, and hung up. Would not recommend
Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service! Be prepared as they will lie about their uber program. I was trying to rent a vehicle for $250/week, but they add on fees. They take your payment, & then authorize the next weeks payment, so for that level, you actually have to have about $1000 in the bank. I tried working with them numerous times, but was always transferred to an AI chat bot. UBER DRIVERS BEWARE... Accused of breaking contract by "not reporting an issue with the battery" when the place of service they sent me to (N Academy Pep Boys) refused to fix the issue. Uber drivers rely on consistency when renting cars for work and this place refused to work with me on this issue because I used a battery jumper to start the car - saying I broke the agreement.
