Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service! Be prepared as they will lie about their uber program. I was trying to rent a vehicle for $250/week, but they add on fees. They take your payment, & then authorize the next weeks payment, so for that level, you actually have to have about $1000 in the bank. I tried working with them numerous times, but was always transferred to an AI chat bot. UBER DRIVERS BEWARE... Accused of breaking contract by "not reporting an issue with the battery" when the place of service they sent me to (N Academy Pep Boys) refused to fix the issue. Uber drivers rely on consistency when renting cars for work and this place refused to work with me on this issue because I used a battery jumper to start the car - saying I broke the agreement. My first rental ever in my 36 years of existence began smoothly, but progressed into a level of annoyance beyond me. To begin, the car was extremely filthy when they gave it to me. Both inside and out, and I regret not taking pictures because it's quite ironic that when I went to return the vehicle, which was in a much better condition than it was received in, because not only did I have to detail it once I got it, but I had washed it the day before I tried to return it. I'm renting an EV from this location for Uber. Every step of the way the service was great. Joshua went out of the way to make sure I have a good vehicle ready to go, even putting some charge on the car so I can get right out and make some money.
