I'm renting an EV from this location for Uber. Every step of the way the service was great. Joshua went out of the way to make sure I have a good vehicle ready to go, even putting some charge on the car so I can get right out and make some money.
To say this place has awful customer service is an understatement. Today, my father was assaulted by a member of their staff over not wanting to be inconvenienced over THEIR own error involving insurance paper work. The lack of professionalism and general knowledge over their own business practices is alarming and an absolute liability for their company and consumers.
