They suck,haven’t used them for months and they are still charging my card..
The partnership with Uber is a lot like communism - it's amazing...in theory. But when it comes down to it, it's really just an excuse for middle management pencil necked geeks like the manager at this particular location to invent corporate policies at their leisure while simultaneously treating "Uber platform" customers like second class citizens undeserving of the same level of customer service that is given to "regular" Hertz customers. Do not rent vehicle foe Uber, they will give a vehicle that is not a gas saver, also, will charge $320 per week and if the vehicle needs maintenance guess what you will need to take it in for oil changes etc on *YOUR OWN TIME* also car wash and vaccummed when you return it, total rip off, they make the money while you slave it off
