Had to swap my car because of transmission problems. Told me it was a one-time exception and gave me a car that has the exact same problem. Hertz maintenance department told me to go back, but these people really resent their customers. They already said they wouldn't do another swap, but I have a car that barely works.
Sometimes there is a wait, car that was given to me was great. Clear and seamless customer service. Follow to weekly direction of make sure your account is in good standing and you won't have any issues. Looks like a lot of the low ratings here are from people that don't follow simple steps.
Hands down the absolute worst Uber rental location I have ever dealt with. Local customer service is completely non-existent: over 200 unanswered calls over 2 weeks during my last issue, and now 7 straight days without anyone picking up the phone. My rental is now at risk over a simple issue that could be resolved in 3 minutes over the phone, forcing me to drive nearly 300 miles just to address it in person. Zero professionalism and terrible service.
