It has been almost three years since I started renting cars from the Uber Boston Revere location, and Lyndsay is an amazing customer service representative who consistently provides excellent service! Thank you, Lyndsay, and all the workers at this location!
The best I could possibly have dealt with was Christine(with Vegas tattoo on her left hand not sure how many Christine are at this location) After coming from an horrible experience the day before in Providence where Mike was the worst experience ever this was a game changer. My scheduled time was 12(noon) got there greeted from her checked in she was fantastic since the first interaction until the last. The worst service ever . Had to wait twice in line and after three hours waiting in line she wanted me to get a broken car . Despite the bad attitude she also said : im busy for the next person…. DO NOT GO HERE . Her name was Christie or something like that
El peor lugar , para rentar un carro No lo recomiendo Es estresante , lento Y lo peor reservas un carro en Uber Y cuando llegas a Hertz , dicen que no tienen disponibles y que ellos no pueden hacer nada .
