Unfortunately I didn’t catch her name, but a woman at the Hertz Uber Rental location really did me a solid today. She went out of her way to create a voucher so I could get my headlight and tire fixed — she didn’t have to, but she did. After how the last 48 hours have gone for me, that small act of kindness meant a lot. Truly thankful!
If you want to be humiliated, yelled at, and treated like less than a human being, go rent a car from Hertz in Revere. I’m never renting from them again. Your employees need serious customer service training—especially the girl with freckles on her face. Thank God she doesn’t own the place.
It has been almost three years since I started renting cars from the Uber Boston Revere location, and Lyndsay is an amazing customer service representative who consistently provides excellent service! Thank you, Lyndsay, and all the workers at this location!
The best I could possibly have dealt with was Christine(with Vegas tattoo on her left hand not sure how many Christine are at this location) After coming from an horrible experience the day before in Providence where Mike was the worst experience ever this was a game changer.
