The first vehicle they gave me i waited 20 minutes for, but didnt mind because I chickened out on an electric vehicle. Tell me why the staff gave me a car infested with ants. I got a coffee to begin ridesharing and 12 of them crawled in my purse, the cup holder, the window. Took it right back and said, "you know you saw these ants when you cleaned the car!" They gave me an immediate exchange.
BY FAR the worst experience I have had !!! I would like a manager to contact me ASAP. I have been very much inconvenienced because of the customer service I received . I have waisted miles driving all over Atlanta due to your team NOT LISTENING TO ME. When it comes to an electric vehicle - you all should include the charging port in your inspection not let a customer have to tell you and not believe the customer !!!
Cancelled my reservation day of and unsure when they would have vehicles again.
Waiting, waiting, waiting till God comes. It's a constant waiting games with this company and always some billing issues. They play a trick where they take your money then send it back then take it again back to back. It is so confusing they themselves are confused. All tricks is making money
Paul was very rude & distasteful when I called for assistance about my rental! Hung up in my face twice & was very unprofessional.
