Honestly one of the fastest and easiest rentals I’ve ever experienced. They are busy so I recommend having a reservation ahead of time. Customer service was great too, even let me know about another good deal so I had plenty of options to fit my needs. Car was clean, tank was full, only complaint was it was cold outside lol
Very very BAD customer service place in the U.S
They were very busy, did not greet you when you walked in. I didn't even know that I had to scan a code to check in. Then to find out, I was in the wrong building and no one told me. I waited so long and was not happy about it at all.
Unfortunately I didn’t get to rent the car .. I had made the reservation for the wrong month.. Oct instead of September But the guys at hertz were very patient and tried to get me rental resolved before we realized my error.. initially I came in to pick up a late rental.. it was very busy and people were waiting before me ..no problems they were patient and professional…
