I had a reservation but waited 4–5 hours at the location and still did not receive a vehicle. There was no proper communication It felt very disorganized and unprofessional. I ended up leaving because there was no guarantee of getting a car even after waiting so long. This experience was very frustrating, especially for drivers who depend on these rentals to work and earn income. I hope they improve their system and provide better communication and transparency for customers.

Uber drivers can go through Avis instead. The people who work at the Avis on Balboa on Convoy are really nice and helpful. I recomend them

ATTENTION ALL FUTURE RENTERS: I had rented a KIA from here. The vehicle was given to me dirty. I almost cut my self on a rusty pair of scissors that was in-between the center console and the passenger seat. When I returned the vehicle I was accused of leaving the car dirty. The practice at this location is absolutely horrendous. UBER should separate there partnership for the sake of there drivers.

The worst service ever. The staff are arrogant and treat customers very poorly. They are also not consistent or reliable in their attendance. If you value your dignity and your time, do not come to this branch. Absolutely the worst service.

Horrible place to rent. You wait hours even though you have a reservation. Staff and manager is rude, unethical, and unprofessional. Don't offer a variety of cars although the lot is full. They will lie to you and always try to make you upgrade your rental by always saying that the car class you reserved is not available and you would have to pay more for the next class up. These rentals are way over priced already. This place is the worst. I don't understand how they are still in business.
