This is by far the most unprofessional business that I have ever dealt with. The employees are rude/argumentative. They act like an opponents rather than customer service associates. Especially one guy and girl in particular. Their attitudes are the worst. One time I was waiting and the guy with called my name in such a low tone that I could barely hear him. He skipped me and another person even though I had an appointment. He called my name in a low tone again and I had to ask if he talking to me. A real jerk. I've ask him ... read more

Terrible customer service at Harbor Drive location. They will offer you a damaged and dirtiest car after waiting for an hour for your reservation then coming with an attitude after you expressed your disappointment. Only one person was working and he had no idea how customer service supposed to be.

This is the worst company; the staff is very rude. They don't know their responsibilities. They treat clients very poorly. My friends also came and had the same experience. They constantly mix up payments, and then you wait a month for a refund that was mistakenly taken. If you have the option, go to other offices; this location is terrible.

I rented cars for obout 5 months the first 3 cars were dirty lots of dog hair all on the car. I was renting to do uber. I like my cars clean when I work, not sure if I'm the only one that had experience that or not. But finally the last one was okay.
