STANFORD STUDENTS — Do NOT make a reservation with this branch. Go for other options in palo alto. I got this message (see photo) 23hours before my pickup time. Clearly the author didn’t even take 20seconds to proofread before sending this to a customer. Like what does that mean exactly? Just sit and pray you win the lottery? They cancelled my rental last minute. And was very disrespectful.
